All products sold by BDU Med are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by manufacturer and product.
Damages and issues ( Defective Products )
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue. If you receive the wrong item or you receive a defective item, the product(s) return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is $0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is $0.00 purchase cost. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, defective products must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances. No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days. The terms of the manufacturer’s warranty will still apply – please contact the manufacturer directly.
A product must be diagnosed “defective” by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer before we can accept it as a defective return. You can get a list of manufacturer phone numbers by contacting us.
Non-defective product can be returned to BDU Med within 14 days of sale. Any non-defective returns must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and/or unbroken seal. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. All non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restock fee within 14 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging.

Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items.
Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
Health & personal use items
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The exchange process usually takes 3-5 business days and we are more than willing to process exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually 3-5 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
